ARMOS ("we" "us") website (our "Site") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and conditions (therefore TAS) and any other rules posted on our Site. Please read this topic carefully before placing any orders on www.armos-shoes.com. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by TAS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

ARMOS is a trading name of Armos Inc. a company. If you have any comments about ARMOS, you can email us at info@armos-shoes.com.

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within Terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

We may modify the Terms and conditions from time to time. Please read the TAS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TAS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Article 1. Online store terms

The contract stipulated between Armos Inc and the consumer (the party who makes the purchase on this Website) shall be concluded by making the order through one of the available methods, according to the order form on the Website (hereinafter: "Order") made by the Client and the acceptance of the Order by Armos Inc.

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TAS, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis.

Before making an Order, the Client must fully get acquainted with this Conditions and the Privacy policy of the Website as well as the description/features of the product and/or products that the Client intend to purchase. By placing an order, the Client confirms having read all the information connected with purchase process and confirms full acceptance of these terms. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. A confirmation of your order will be made during 3 business days, about which you will receive an email.

Some Products may no longer be available after transmission of an order, including when different users purchase the same Product at the same time. In this case the customer will be immediately informed by e-mail, the order will be cancelled and the total amount paid will be refunded to the person who paid. The refund is made during 2 business days after receiving the payment.

Article 2. Pricing policy

Prices shown on the Site are in USD and includes all applicable taxes.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

When paying for the order the transaction may be performed via secure server as chosen by the consumer. Under any circumstances and at any stage of the transaction Armos Inc shall not be able to access the Client’s credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. The goods will be delivered only after actual receiving of the payment.

If it is not possible to identify the holder of credit card, Armos Inc reserves the right to require additional documents. If the documents are not submitted us, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 3. Product information

Each Product has its technical description, which details the main characteristics of the product (for example materials). Armos reserves the right to change the description without prior notice.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ARMOS as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Article 4. Returns, exchange and refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box
  • If an item has a ARMOS security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position
  • Customized items cannot be returned.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to restrict future orders if your return behavior is in breach of our Returns Policy. 

HOW TO RETURN

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the reusable Armos packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

Whether you arrange a collection or drop off your return, you’ll need to do this from the country or region you ordered to.

Here’s the process of return:

  1. Write an email to our CS (info@armo-shoes.com)
  2. Fill in your email your full name, order number and the reason of return
  3. During 3 working days receive an answer to your email with confirmation of return and the label of UPS or USPS
  4. In the office of UPS or USPS place the item inside the packaging or give it to the courier - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases
  5. Attach your Return Label to the outside of the packaging

The return must be organized in the behalf of ARMOS company. When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.

REFUNDS

 

Once your return has been received by our brand, it can take up to 5 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After making the refund you will receive the receipt from our CS email.

Exchange conditions:

  • We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item.
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
  • Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
  • Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (UPS or USPS)
  • We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped.
  • Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Article 5. Shipping policy

After making an order during 3 business days your order is confirmed, about which you receive a confirmation email. After confirmation of your order the delivery time starts and includes from 8 to 12 business days. The standard delivery is made on behalf of the ARMOS company.

Delivery times

Standard (free) delivery: delivered within 8-12 business days after order confirmation.

Express delivery: delivered within 3-4 business days after order confirmation (DHL). Fee of express delivery is 50$ for one pair.

We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All duties and taxes are included in the item prices.

Article 6. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All the products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity. The legal warranty of conformity is a guarantee against all manufacturing defects during the purchase or delivery of a product.

The seller is responsible to the consumer for any patent defect existent at the time of delivery of the product and which manifests itself within one year of the said delivery. The seller must be informed of the patent defect, under penalty of expiration of the guarantee, within two months from the date in which it was discovered.

In order to take advantage of the Legal Guarantee, the customer must therefore provide proof of the date of the purchase and delivery of the good. It is therefore advisable, to prove the purchase, for the customer to keep the invoice or payment receipt sent by “Armos” Inc., as well as the transport document or any other document that certifies the date of the purchase.

WHAT IS A PATENT DEFECT?
A patent defect exists when the purchased good:

  • is not suitable for performing the function for which goods of the same type are normally used;
  • does not display the features and performance that are normal for a good of this type, which the consumer could reasonably expect, considering the declarations made in the advertising or on the labeling.

The warranty for lack of conformity shall be applicable provided that the product concerned has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and in compliance with the contents of the instructions for usage and laundering provided in and/or with the product. The Legal Warranty does not cover faults or malfunctioning caused by accidental incidents or due to the customer's responsibility or by use of the product that does not comply with its intended use and/or the information contained in the technical documentation accompanying the product.

SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER
In case of a patent defect reported within the prescribed period, the customer is entitled to free replacement of the good, including all expenses of the delivery (on the behalf of the seller).

WHAT CAN YOU DO WHEN THERE IS A PATENT DEFECT?
If a product purchased on the Site, during the period of validity of the Legal Warranty, should display what could be a patent defect, the customer should send a specific communication to CS email of Armos. We reserve the right to ask the customer to enclose the invoice and/or the transport document or any other document certifies the date of the purchase. The Customer Service department will reply promptly to the communication, informing the customer of the next steps that he/she should take.

Where the implementation of the warranty requires the product to be returned, the same must be returned by the Client in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).

Article 7. Intellectual property

Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content, including Armos Software and all HTML and other code. "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. All such Content including Armos trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil penalties. Armos tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. Armos does not promise that its Content is accurate or error-free. We do not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or Content will be error free or that this Site, Armos Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
